Creamy Cilantro Goat Cheese

Creamy Cilantro Goat Cheese

4 oz. goat cheese, softened
1/2 c. sour cream
2 t. fresh dill
2 T. fresh cilantro
2 T. lime juice
1/4 c. Splenda (or sugar)
2 T. heavy cream
 
Blend all ingredients in a mixing bowl, then cover and chill until ready to use.  This makes a great garnish or accompaniment for a variety of appetizers and soups!
